Boot's arrived damaged in shipping. Packed without protection. Seller accused be of trying to scam him after receiving photos of the damage and asking for a refund. Accused me of trying to con him by swapping a pair of my old damaged boots and sending back to him instead. I assured him they were damaged when they arrived, and was insulted by his confrontational distrust, rudeness an lack of character and customer service. This person should not be selling on Ebay.
