Item is broke/missing parts that were not advertised. I spent £60 for delivery which i won't get back and have a sofa with broken legs and no bolts, the ad only mentioned 1 bolt missin but not all of them.
So now I also have to get rid of a broken sofa as a disabled person with limited mobility and they are now trying to fight me on a refund.

This was never the case. We asked which parts were needed, we posted the items out to the customer and have been awaiting a response that this solved the problem. We would never treat a customer like this.
