The Seller did not check the full contents within the box, the actuator was new on the 2port but the body was not, the nuts them Selves were marked. The seller did agree for a refund or to pay the difference if I bought it full retail value, however my client at the time luckily had the nuts. But nothing else was offered from the seller. I’d advised to check all contents even tho it states it’s new…… Seriously wasn’t happy…

    What more can one say brand new complete genuine vaillant pump as my old one was leaking and very noisy very easy to fit had no problems with it bargain at this price

    Will not replace the old Wilo Vaillant pump it said it would.

    This pump does not replace the old Wilo pump, as advertised. Totally misleading and a was on money. I just hope i can use on another job on a different boiler. As it will not fit a Vaillant boiler is said it would. I have to do the complete pump conversion and fit a Grunfos update version and wasted alot of labour i cant charge for.

    Hot Water Once Again!

    Our Vaillant Combi Boiler stopped working and the problem was identified as being related to a faulty water pump. The water pump ordered and supplied was an original Vaillant product still in the original marked outer packaging. Since the installation of the new pump our heating and water system works as intended. Hopefully the replacement of the water pump will also increase the efficiency of the boiler and lower our future gas consumption!

    Decent Pump and supply

    Exceeded my delivery expectations, one day early. The installation instructions could be better and what the various washers are used for. Modestly more noisy than expected but overall super. Much better value than going through plumbing supply shop.

    Straight Swap Saved Hundreds!

    My boiler pump kept tripping electrics. Quoted £250 -£320 for new pump + labour by 3 trades people. Got hold of this one with 1 year warranty. Gas engineer fitted in half hour. Cost me £95 in total and works like new. RESULT!!!
