They said they'd sent it but when it didn't come and I asked, they apologised and said it wasn't sent and wasn't in stock and would send it a few days later. They did and this time gave me a tracking number and it arrived on time, so I got it OK about a week late. They need to make sure things like that don't happen, it's lucky I didn't need it sooner.
