EVRI re-scheduled their notified day saying the parcel was larger than they had expected - and it would need specialised delivery organising. I then had fears it would be a complete water butt - not just a base. When it arrived several days later it was just the base - in a very small car.

Seller was very helpful and offered a return but my dog claimed it before I put it back in box 🤣 so I've kept it and she loves it, she looks nice and cozy with her bedding in..
