    Item was refurbished, but advertised at new, unused, open box. Item had rust, dirt, and worked, but not completely. It would not throw snow more than 2 feet, and the shute did not function 180 degress and was choppy. Item local pick up. Seller agreed to meet me 1/2way for return. Seller tried to get ebay to determine if I should get a refund, and they degree in my favor to do so, but I think it was bad and dishonest of the seller to try and cheat me out of my refund when falsly advertised.

    Buyer did not even know how to use it. I tested it and it works perfectly. I never tried to cheat anyone. eBay had a technical issue and they issued the refund.
