    Light, easy to handle, no hassle wash and clean.

    Nylon type sieves are far superior to metal ones. They provide a much finer and lump free first time. Light, easy to hold and finer mesh.

    Large Mesh sieve

    Very large, good quality plastic sieve. Found the handle rather long & awkward. Sieve bends nicely in bowl so good to get all lumps out, no awkward corners.

    Great stuff.

    I have previously used metal mesh sieves, but they don't seem to last long, the mesh pulls away from the frame much too easily, so I took the plunge and bought this plastic one. The mesh seems to be just as fine as the metal ones, but it looks as if it will last far longer. Taking a quote (well, almost!) from a Laurel and Hardy movie, "This is another fine mesh you've gotten me into" ☺

    Just the job.

    It was a bit of a shock to receive it flattened, and we had to make it gradually into the proper bowl-shape. But that worked ok with some warm water - actually hot pasta. After that it's perfect. Fits nicely over bowls and dishes. Hangs up conveniently for use almost every day.
