Service was great, communication was great. The only let down is that I found lots of broken tiles in the order( supplier said he would fix it) and there was alot of out of shape tiles which made fitting the tiles hard work. I had to try and match the best I could to finish the job. Some edges had chamfers on so the tiles wouldn't sit flush. Not the best condition tiles. They looked like reject tiles
