Although the item (Motorola XT615) still had its protective film on the screen when it arrived, I gave three stars for the item description instead of five because the terms "Brand New" and "New" imply that the item is supplied sealed in its original box, not naked and supplied in a plastic bag – in which case, the item should be described as "Opened – never used". However, the seller provided excellent service by dispatching the item promptly.
