My item was paid for on the 15th of this month and it’s now the 26th and still nothing I’m extremely disappointed the tracking says the post office is STILL waiting for the package to be dropped off have had to ask eBay to step in and sort it out

The items were picked up by Royal Mail but did not scan, RM assured me it would still arrive but because tracking failed theres no way of proving this. Buyer opened a claim & wrote negative feedback straight away without allowing me to rectify it, first negative feedback in 12yr of selling. The buyer assured me that they would remove them when I sent a replacement so I sent it, they received it but did not keep to their side, very disappointing & puts me off selling. Lost top rated seller status
