I bought a poster canvas print. The item arrived with damage due to them sending the poster in a polybag. While they didn't package to my expectations, everything else was great. The item I ordered arrived and the contents (brush) appeared to be crushed, therefore deforming the bristles, rendering it not fit for purpose and the packaging also damaged...
