    Should be required reading in schools

    This book explains very simply and humorously what everyone SHOULD know, but doesn’t. I.e. Diets don’t work. In fact, they do the opposite of what people want. I truly believe this book could stop eating disorders before they start if put in the hands of every school child/adolescent.

    Diets dont work. Counting calories doesnt work. Science proves it. Read this book. Stop yo yo dieting and get back your happiness
