So I then sent it back. However the seller then went on to say that id damaged the item and was only going to partially refund. This was unacceptable as there was no damage when I sent it back.. tried to get fully refunded with no reply from the seller. Had to get Ebay to chase this refund. It can no longer be sold as new and was returned not as sold. We only requested 20% compensation to recover costs, as you ordered the incorrect item and we’ve incurred postage, packing, and time. I haven’t taken 20%, only asked if you’d agree to this fair resolution.
