The dongle works perfectly! It even got my Switch Pro controller working as only Bluetooth 5.4 would get it to wake properly. You can also download a driver for the dongle from Ugreen so you don't have to rely on whatever Windows loads. I am SO happy with this dongle.

Excellent product, I needed to uninstall the computers non working intel card driver and install the upgreen driver and it worked perfectly, It was dispatched quickly and although I had a postal problem with the delivery this was all sorted out through excellent communication with the seller in a couple of emails over two days.
