Guten Morgen, es tut uns leid und wir bedauern den Fehler, die Brillen ähneln sich sehr und wir haben einen Fehler gemacht.
Wir sind voll und ganz für die Rückerstattung bereit und aus diesem Grund erscheint uns die negative Meinung, ohne dass wir überhaupt Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen haben, um das Problem zu lösen, übertrieben.
Bezüglich der Versandkosten können wir nichts machen, es ist der Käufer, der die Zahlung mit Kombiversand über die entsprechende Option beantragen muss.
