    Fan works & is identical to my ProDesk 600 fan: it is not possible to see any difference between new and old. Would buy from seller again but would consider price risk/exposure carefully. Basildon based seller more reassuring that China seller but delivery was still a little delayed. Post labels suggest fan may been posted from China & redirected. Packaging protection very poor & there was small damage to plastic This did not prevent the fan fixing into PC & working so issue was ignored.

    The item that arrived was not as described (new) - sealed box was already opened, item had already been removed and then stuffed back into box and box cello taped back up. Box was damaged. I contacted the seller to explain the issues, attaching photos. The seller responded very quickly and a full refund was given. I was happy with the seller response and the full refund. This was positive. But I then had to purchase item again, new elsewhere so neutral overall.
