When I say didn't arrive on time no fault of the seller,,royal mail's fault...I contacted the seller asking when item would arrive ,,she said had been posted over a week ago ....On that note the seller offered a refund or replacement...I had the replacement and the item arrived in two days .. The quality is fantastic and exactly as shown on site. I dont usually do reviews ,however the quality and no quibbles over the lost item ,I would definitely use this seller again
