DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and as described, there are rare occasions where the item can be damaged in transit. All items are covered by our 12 Month warranty (unless stated otherwise). The 12 Month Warranty period begins from the date of delivery. If during this period, your item develops a fault, please get in touch with us straight away. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault without a return, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind". If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item, such as the battery.

    love it but its not without its faults The headstrap and facial foam padding are horrible replace them as soon as you can for a more comfortable experience Other than that I think its a great entry level VR headset. Updates continue to make it better The ability to play games/apps without needing a pc Play PCVR games (SteamVR) Controllers are great

    Brilliant piece of Tech

    My son has been desperate for one for over a year and this year we got him one for his birthday. This is brilliant and worth the price tag. While there are models with greater specs this one is great for those without a PC and you can use your phone to link and buy games.

    Keeps them entertained for ages!

    My Nephew adores it, keeps him entertained and he doesn't need to take up the whole lounge and entertainment system, although beware as had to implement a player has right of way unless warned you're near as there have been occasional, accidental smacks to passing family members!

    Oculus Quest 2

    Bought this for my 15 year old Son. He previously had the PS4 VR headset, but he much prefers the Oculus Quest 2 as there are no leads in the way and he tells me the graphics are far better. Bought the 256 gb model so there's loads of storage space still as he's now downloaded a few games.
