Promised to send an extra strand of beads to resolve that issue, but did not. When the beads arrived, they were a smaller size than what was ordered. I eventually got a refund, but had to go through the trouble of printing out a mailing label, repacking and taking to beads to the P.O. for return. Then had to wait for the refund until the seller acknowledged receipt of the return. I reordered these beads from China, no issues.
