This seller shipped super fast (in the mail the same day fast). It was carefully wrapped. The item was as pictured and works fine. It would have been nice to have a more detailed description about the bottom of the iron (It's hard to tell that in a picture). The scratches were a little deeper than it looked in the picture. That said, overall it was a good experience and I would definitely buy from this seller again if something caught my eye. Thank you.
