Terrible service , over priced , horrible shipping , lies to customers about the product description. I purchased a sailor moon figure , after I realized it was the wrong figure I contacted the seller right away and was told it had already shipped out mind you it’s only been 30 mins (obviously a lie ) and he or she couldn’t do anything about it not even cancel it . -10 out or 10

i will preface this review rewrite by saying that the seller did refund my money immediately upon request, so they are at least honest about their refund policy.
however, my experience was still overall negative. they packaged the figure poorly, with zero protection, in a plastic parcel bag. the figure arrived warped/bent and is very likely a bootleg --though, even if it isnt, its certainly poorer quality than what is shown in the listing. i will not be ordering from this seller again. :)
