Not up to scratch
This is a clunky device which involves pumping the handle to get the steam flowing. Why? Kettles steam without somebody shaking them about. Steam output is poor and the water reservoir is empty in no time. A 'one-job' device. Floors and nothing else. No attachments to steam clean curtains or clothes. So if you are desperate to clean a wooden, rubber or plastic floor ... buy a mop, bucket and some cleaning solution. Don't waste your money on something that will spend the rest of its useful? life at the back of a cupboard. Like a steam train.
Bought this for the wife after a cheaper one packed in. It is a refurbished one but looks brand new in every way. I have never seen the wife so excited about a steamer before. She absolutely loves it and says it is so powerful. I guess if that's the only way to excite here these days, then why not.

Great product
This is an excellent product. Easy to use and leaves the floors virtually dry immediately. Easy to fill, (no difficult tanks to remove) I've had numerous Vax steamers with very short shelf life, this seems far more robust. The only slight down side is the jarring on the wrist from the pump action of the handle when in use. This is very slight though, and probably more an issue for me with arthritis. All round really pleased... well done Shark This is an excellent product. Easy to use and leaves the floors virtually dry immediately. Used today for the first time . Flexible mop heads that are easy to manoeuvre , and unit produces a good steam output on normal setting and a decent additional steam blast for deeper staining . Used on both a tiled and laminate floor and was a significant upgrade in cleaning quality than my previous steam mop from a reputable household product name . Hopefully future use will continue to please
