The seller was very kind & responded to my emails immediately.. however, this brow pencil is not the same ABH Brow Wiz that you get from ABH, Ulta or Sephora. The seller did inform me they were ones that didn't pass QA inspection, but I ordered a new one via Ulta & not only is the brow spoolie different in size, the color "Taupe" in this pencil is more Auburn. The color is off. I do appreciate the seller being honest. And the shipping was fast & packaged well!

Beware, I sent the lot number located at the bottom of this serum to the original company and they told me it is not an authentic item and the lot number is not found in there system. They also told me that they do not sell this product on eBay, only Amazon and their website. Always send the lot number and pictures of whatever you buy to the original company to make sure it's authentic. I sent this back and got a refund.
