I am very sorry to have to say I was not very pleased I have had to fix the plug little blue plug with five pins in it it is quite obvious to me that the scooter had been to somebody else who were damaged the plug it took me a good hour and a half of straightening the little pins which were a nightmare and then to top it all off the app doesn’t work so I can’t changeThings with my phone I would appreciate it if you got back to me I am happy now I have fixed the plug but there are some little

Battery lasts well, plenty of standing room and I have a bag attached to the bar and board, no room on handle bar to add accessories but you can actually buy a handle bar extention. Handle bars actually turn so be careful! Breaking is a bit scary as it comes to a sudden stop, front lights aren't that bright! But all can be fixed, I love it.
