    BUYERS BEWARE. SHOCKING SELLER. I actually purchased a ring doorbell from this seller a while ago but it just stopped working so I decided to buy another one. This time the live view didn’t work, I was advised it was a hardware AND software issue. I asked the seller if I could exchange it, I was told there was none left however there are others being sold on here. I was fobbed off, asked to return for full refund. I asked if they would pay for postage as not my fault but got completely ignored!

      Dry dissatisfied

      I wanted security for my wife and children when I worked nights and for when we were not at home. Since buying this product it has being nothing but problems. From battery not last long constant drop out from Wi-Fi and more recently randomly going off throughout the night. Doorbell doesn’t work and it’s had a factory reset twice. Should of bought new. I have complained but have not been offered a replacement.
