Item had right part number, but connectors were different than mine, and not clear in presentation. Tried to return, was approved, but address unusable. Seller then sent usable return address, but without company name, contact name or phone number. Then UPS asked for $176 to ship back and USPS $78. Both in excess of item value. So, 30 day return policy is worthless to me.
I would like a refund and recycle the item.
