The article was as advertised, was well wrapped for protection, was identified as fragile and delivered in a timely fashion. My concern was with the DHL person that dropped the item at our doorstep. We have video security and the delivery person is seen tossing the parcel 12 feet onto our door step. Thankfully the vendor provided thorough packaging. The only other concern I have is with respect to the DHL policy of asking for duty…it feels like they keep it even if it is not requested.
