When I unwrapped the jarritos, they were clearly packaged with care, but half of them arrived broken. I contacted the seller, who was very responsive and quickly gave a partial refund for the items that didn't make it intact. The ones that were whole were exactly as described.

I was so surprised at how bad item was broken. The seller resolved problem once proof pictures of breakage was given and then took care of the problem very fast, this was actually a good seller to me and took responsibility for the shipping issue. I did it in the oven and it came out beautiful - ready for use. I am very happy with my purchase and would gladly buy from seller again.
