My saw arrived securely sealed and packaged and is a great product to use. Unfortunately the box contained only one battery where there should have been two batteries, as advertised. The seller would not have known there was only one battery inside the sealed box. I contacted the seller who very efficiently and kindly corrected the situation and posted out an additional battery.
