Useless cake decorating stencils
Firstly these plastic ruler lengths do not come with any instructions. I purchased these stencils as it was the size I needed. After watching a demo on YouTube... the lady demonstrator said that she had spent a long time and numerous ways of trying to 'tap' these alphabet letters and numbers out to now avail, but following her method, she assured the watcher that it seemed to be the only way. She advised a dusting of icing sugar in the moulds first... I tried this a number of times but the fondant gets stuck in the moulds and will not 'tap' out whatsoever. My son, in his 30's, spent 2 hours cutting the name 'James' out for me! I advise anyone about to purchase these to look elsewhere.
