Hello, Apologies for your experience. Our product includes postage costs which cost us around £2. Plus the actual product which is £8 and is very reasonably costing for industry standard. We are known as a quality but low cost brand. Apologies if you feel we were abrupt, we only advised that all the extra's are not included in this product and as we make to order, personalised items are non refundable. Thank you
