Unfortunately, I did not receive the parcel because Yodel lost it (it's not the seller's fault), but the statement that they can't do anything about it, that I have to arrange everything myself, and the claim that Yodel tried to deliver the parcel when, according to the tracking, nothing of the sort happened, doesn't seem right. good customer service, I finally got my money back.

this wasn't exactly what happened yodel tried to deliver this parcel to your address you stated after the fact that you can only accept the parcel between 9 and 3 then after this they lost the parcel i did try to contact them 3 times to remedy this issue
