Very disappointing. Item was advised as despatched but never arrived. High postage charged looked like a tracked service. Case raised and seller contacted, with a request for the tracking details. None were provided, but instead a refund was immediately processed by the seller without any further communication. I now wonder if this seller actually posted the item or was so unhappy with the price I won the bid on that they didn’t and then simply waited for a case to be raised to refund.

This feedback is unfair and incorrect. Buyer didn’t receive so I refunded immediately and communicated throughout. Possible the item was received by the buyer who also wanted a refund.
