There's a small patch of surface loss on the dustjacket in the top right quarter on the front cover where (we think) the removal of a price-sticker has taken a small patch of surface with it. The dustjacket is not price-clipped. This is a very decent copy of a very collectable book”

Hence £7.30 in double shipping despite one sent. Paid £0.95 VAT on purchase. Forced to redeem package for extra £6.50 in penalty VAT fees, due to seller neglected electronically provide IOSS when shipping. Refuses to compensate. No responsibility, blames lack of knowledge in trade on buyer and Brexit. Not recommended.

The Post Office did not create an electronic customs document correctly, which resulted in the buyer getting charged import tax by Swedish customs. The buyer was unreasonable - they ordered the books just before Christmas & paid the economy shipping charge (a 21 day delivery window) and then expected a discount, even though we had sent the parcel Tracked (3 day delivery) at our own expense. Although we offered a return & full refund, they declined, kept the books and wanted full compensation
