This tripod head is just what I wanted. I just couldn't get used to the Ball head that came fitted to my tripod, I couldn't get get the camera straight/level. This Andoer head meets my needs, its pretty light weight, the dampened rotation is just right too, it has a built in bubble level. The head was easy to fit to my tripod. The very reasonable price was probably the biggest surprise compared to some. I'd fully recommend this Andoer tripod head.

Convenient device at a reasonable price
There are times when you have to drill a hole in a confined space where a conventional drill cannot fit, so this is ideal for such situations. It appears quite well made although when mine arrived the tubular shaft was unscrewed, and when fully tightened the gears became a little tight. The internal bevel gears do not look particularly robust, so I wouldn't want to rely on this for use with a hole saw or other high-torque situation, but it should be fine for smaller diameter holes. They must use far eastern sizing as the xxlarge size is about equivalent to a british large size so you would need to order about two times larger than you would normally wear.
