Description – All item(s) are described to the best of our ability.
 
Bidding – All bids/buy are legally binding and constitute a commitment to buy the listed item(s). Bidding on this/these item(s) will be taken as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Bids will not be accepted from overseas buyers or eBay members with less than 99% positive feedback or 0% feedback.
 
Payment – All payments are to be made within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Payment is by PayPal only. Items that have not been paid for within 48 hours of the end of the auction will be re-listed and an unpaid item dispute will be lodged with eBay against the buyer.
 
Shipping – Shipping is to U.K. mainland only and within 24 hours of cleared payment. Excess charges may apply for outlying Scottish regions, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & offshore islands. Item(s) are dispatched by Royal Mail recorded delivery and all items require a signature on receipt. In the event that delivery attempts fail or are refused and the item is returned to us for any reason, the item will only be re-dispatched once a handling and re-posting fee is paid.
 
All item(s) are securely wrapped. Do not sign for a parcel that appears to be damaged, as this will constitute acceptance of the condition of the item(s) as described in the original listing. In the event of any damages, please advise us through eBay within 24 hours of receipt.
 
In the event of non-delivery, claims must be notified within 4 working days of expected delivery date. You will be advised by email of the dispatch date and expected delivery on the day of dispatch. P&P costs are non refundable and the cost of returning any item to us is payable by the buyer in all circumstances.
 
Warranty - Where stated, we offer a 30 day warranty during which time if any hardware failure occurs the computer/component will be repaired or replaced with like or better. If this is not possible then a full refund including postage will be offered with no quibbling. All items covered under warranty will be fitted with tamper proof stickers and should this/these be damaged it will VOID your warranty and the item will be returned to the customer with no refund given. Any item listed as spares or repairs will have no warranty and no returns will be accepted under any circumstances. Laptops NEED to be returned in appropriate packaging such as a double-walled cardboard box with bubble wrap or foam. Please remember that it is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item to us as it was received. Laptops returned to us with external physical damage including stickers, new scratches and/or dents may at our discretion have an appropriate proportional amount deducted. Laptops returned damaged due to inadequate return packaging will be returned to the sender.
 
If an item is listed as 'parts not working' then the goods are sold 'as is' and returns will not be accepted.
