Simple question, who do you value : the customer, who pays you money, and keeps your business afloat; or the courier who takes your money and does not deliver ~ worse, saying firstly the parcel was damaged, then changed the story to LIE about 3 alleged Failed Deliveries ~ I was here EVERY time. No contact, nor cards left. Even now, tracking says item is still in a depot 80 miles away! Offered them 2nd order via Royal Mail and was ignored. You can buy any courier, but you have lost this customer.

Thanks for the feedback and comments. I am sorry you are unhappy. We cant be responsible for our couriers, but always make it right with our customers, like we did with you, as soon as you had a problem we refunded you in full. We hope that you find a good alternative supply of Rapeseed oil. I urge you though to please consider retracting your negative feedback. I feel very sorry as it is our very FIRST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK that we have ever received since we started trading.
