I never usually leave feedback on my Ebay orders, however this is once instance where I need to. This item was a pricey one, so with that should come some kind of extra care. The item arrived in a torn package. The packaging wasn't great for any kind of travel. It more than likely ripped during travel, but had it been in a safer package this never would have happened. The item was also damaged a bit and had to be washed 2-3 times just to get the scuffing out of the material.

The cardigan was sent with care in a clear seal protection bag and then carefully packed in two grey extra strong mailing bags. I am sorry you received a torn package, but all my items are insured up to value. Buyer never sent me a message about the issue, no cases, only left negative ~ 2 weeks after item was delivered. No proof of damage was ever provided. I offered partial refund, free return (provided cardigan hasn’t been worn) or to start a claim with RM. Buyer never replied, very odd.
