Having decided to use primes rather than zooms, this is a very useful addition to my range. It is light, small and it works on my Olympus OM-D EM-1 Mk 2. The auto focus is very fast though at this focal length it is easy to use manual focus and play with depth of field

If youre a scientific pick it to bits forget it cause it aint worth the agro. You find anything wrong with this then youre trying too hard. I always wanted a lens I could wave around inside especially without too much care and this is it manual or auto. Standard lens never quite came up to it for distance, set this baby on 3 meter manual or punch away auto I get what I want flash or no flash! A few bent lines makes it all the more interesting and people at the right setting are great. Clean clear precise with excellent depth of field Mate it's a Gem! No anti shake you say ? you don't need it Sunshine and to top it off , it's built like a tank. What don't I like, NO Hood, NO Bag, and wait till you attempt to buy one..... Very good lens
This lens is brilliant for some of our tasks where we need wide angle view with minimum distortion. The 12mm lens on our DJI X5 camera gave us a perfect view when we did a job in the field where the details and wide angle was required. Very good lens.
