All projector lamps have a 120 day warranty. The lamp must be returned to our warehouse at the cost of the buyer. When the lamp is received we will send a replacement.

Any returns for none warranty reasons must be within 30 days of receiving the product. As projector lamps are consumables we are not able to process any returns for used products, unless they have failed under warranty.
