All orders to be paid for within 5 days, unless previous arrangements have been agreed.

I accept payment by paypal/cheque/postal order or cash (at the buyers risk) Cheques and crossed postal orders will need to clear in my bank before item will be posted.

Any personalisation details should be either included with the paypal or other payment method, or sent via ebay messages or email within 24 hours of payment. Item will be sent unpersonalised if I do not hear from you within 48 hours. I will of course try to contact you first before dispatching any item unpersonalised.

I always try to post all items within 48 hours of payment being received, but will contact you if there should be any delay, ie a delay in new stock arrival. Or if at a busy time of the year, ie CHRISTMAS, MOTHERS DAY etc.

If you have ordered an item to be made for a specific date ie Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday, then please make sure to allow enough time for orders to be produced by me and to reach you via Royal Mail. All small orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Larger orders will be sent by Hermes Courier service for which a tracking number will be provided as soon as order is posted.

Basic postage costs allow for 1st Class standard delivery by Royal Mail, either Large Letter or Small Packet depending on item ordered. This does not however cover any insurance. I also include a recorded delivery cost on every listing, so if you feel that you will want to claim for an item if it should go missing in the post, then PLEASE PLEASE opt for the recorded delivery charge or I will not be held responsible for items not arriving. I will however provide you with all the help I can, as well as the proof of posting, if you should need to open a claim with Royal Mail.

Items can only be returned if completed incorrectly by myself.

ie If personalisation is done incorrectly by me, not by the fact that the buyer has provided the incorrect information.

Return postage will be paid by the buyer. Refundable amount is for the cost of the item only and not the postage costs.
