Another untested, defective item listed as 'fully working '. I am seriously thinking of only buying new items on ebay as I have lost count of the junk I've had to return. I cannot understand why people sell things without either testing it themselves or getting it tested by someone who knows what they are doing. Being a seller means you have a responsibility to ensure the customer is satisfied, not enraged with your service.

This Buyer's complaint was dealt with quickly & politely-The refund was issued straight away after the returned item was delivered.i do not sell defective items intentionally but sometimes these things occur.
Unnecessary almost Hysterical negative feedback left,polite communication sadly lacking.
