The rugged case, although doing a good job made the iPad quite heavy. That said the screen is pristine and suspect it was replaced👍. It would have been helpful if the seller had warned that the iPad needs to be at least 50% charged for it to get the info/data transferred from your old iPad! Even with all these little niggles I’m still happy with my purchase and the service.
