product has been delivered. it actually looks very good quality. unfortunately, there was an additional ups charge of £48 to cover customs and handling--1. I am buying from a uk site, so was expecting everything to have been included in the price i pay. 2. i was trying to get matter resolved with seller, all seller told me to do is to contact ebay, and no communication since, which i think is very poor service!
