Quite an unusual mix from the founder members of Redbone, 6 tracks written by them and 6 covers, you have to listen to it in 1960's mindset but I think it's okay. It's obvious these guys are talented but haven't quite got to grips with their style. For me it was worth buying and I would recommend it to others of my age, I don't know if younger ones would be interested. Quirky little thing for Redbone fans maybe.
I knew Pat and Lolly in the 60s and I was the sound man at the Haunted House, but I didn't know this album existed. It was a real treat to find it. This is pre-Redbone, but every bit as good. Highly recommended.
