Excellent seller; fast communication, quick shipping. I would buy from seller again. In an effort to maintain low shipping, seller mailed shoes in an envelope instead of packaging in a box for protection. (Simply sellers preferred method….. not mine).

Thank you for your purchase and your feedback. And yes we do ship Some of our shoes in a poly bag after we wrap them securely in bubble wrap. We have not had any problems or complaints and we have shipped thousands of shoes. In fact we have had lots of positive feedback on our packaging. Its our way of keeping cost down for our customers. We do however also use boxes on some of our shoes and when shipping cost allows it. We will also use a box with a customer request.
