I like TRS products as they keep their flavours for ages as long as you store them correctly. Once opened, I roll the packet down tightly and wrap tightly with an elastic band, then into a sandwich bag wrapped tightly with an elastic band and finally into a small zipped freezer bag. Bit of a faff, but it works well for me, especially as I have over 35 different Asian Spices stored like this in a sealed plastic box in a cool dark cupboard!
