Unfortunately, the ring I received was not like the photos. The design was similar but different and less ornate. I sent them photos to show the differences. They said this has never happened to them before. I wanted to return it to get a replacement because I really loved the ring as it was shown in the listing, but the seller said I would only get the same ring that I had received. (I thought perhaps it was a manufacturing error.) They however refunded my money & told me to keep the ring.
