Creepy, amazing sound, great graphics.
Best its- Very good graphics, the mind whispering was a interesting touch, did make you judge yourself. I reccomend good headphones, the 3D sound effects very good. Lots of puzzles to get through, loved that too. Not so good bits- Fighting was simple, hard yes, but the same each time, just different opponent, each one with different strike moves. Master that and its easy. The voices help. Could of been more challenging. Very easy to follow the path forward to the end, like old school gaming. Wish it had been an open world game, that would be amazing with more voodoo, simular to elder scrolls but creepy and dark. A hidden gem or a walking simulator
Ok to begin with I haven’t completed the game so you can hold that against me. The games third person and the main character is quite literally having or has had a mental break down. Or is she in the process of one... I just don’t know. Voices talk to her and shout and taunt her. It has a Celtic Viking theme about the gods as you search for the spirit of your dead lover. It sounds and is interesting. The combat against gods and ghostly spectres is very good and I love that there is no hud and the voices in your head tell you when your about to die or when an enemy is about to slice you from behind. I’ve never seen that done so well before. Most games have a red marker that appears but this is very intuitive . I m happy with my purchase for 25 pounds.its kept me interested for over 3 hours ... Didn't know what to expect. This game can be irritating and fascinating at the same time. Forget picking up objects. The puzzles are much the same throughout. I could imagine listening through headphones as recommended, would be interesting, as the voice actors have hypnotic affect. If you want something different to entertain you away from the shooting games, then give this a go, even if it is a little bit weird.Didn't know what to expect. Brilliant
This game is simply awesome, brilliant graphics, superb sound and a compelling story, it's not that long but what there is is sheer magic, so different from the norm of video gaming that it's a breath of fresh air to say the least, wish the makers would make a sequel, simply brilliant.
