The iten turned off everytime I press start button and Seller did not asume the responsability of shipping back and custom costs for selling a not working timer. He said the button was loose and I assumed that, but the problen was other that make It unusefull.

The items are listed as genuine but they’re not. They’re cheap copies from China. If you know your designer you’ll see this straight away. They’ve offered a refund but still expect me to send back the little piece of ribbon. Bit misleading and cheeky really.

We adhere strictly to eBay policy, issuing refunds only upon the return of items.Therefore, we have never offered refund without return to the buyer.Despite the buyer claiming an item isn't authentic, the buyer has refused to return it and requested a full refund.We don't understand why the buyer wishes to keep the item under these circumstances.Furthermore, it's just a packing ribbon that came with the jewellery we purchased from the shop, and we've submitted the receipt to eBay for record.
